With over 15 years learning design experience across multiple industries, Pauline takes an empathetic approach by always championing the user experience in her design approach.
Pauline is a huge believer in creating memorable learning experiences based on a genuine business need to lift team capability and performance. She undertakes detailed project scoping with her clients to ensure the most suitable approach is being taken and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
A keen problem solver, Pauline looks at a business challenge from all possible angles. She rises to the challenge of “we can’t”, “it’s impossible”, “it is what it is” and finds ways to break through barriers and roadblocks, using an influential and authentic consultative approach.
